I am going to agree with 4:16 am and to 4:58 am-It does in fact matter!
I realize we are harping on celebrities but if we are going to make fun of them I am going to need correct grammar.

Contraction of the word you and all therefore the apostrophe must come before the word all!

Unless of course Brit Brit is actually writing this then-she would not know it was y'all or ya'll.
