I don't think her belly is fake. I do think he has gone crazy, but this pic of the two of them is a beautiful pic. Katie will have this great pic to remember him by when he is committed....

If it was another couple the picture would be sweet and cute, but it's them.

I think Katie just got swept away by Tom Cruise being interested in her and all the chaos and drama and now it shows in the poor girl's body language and face that she is trapped. Poor girl.
