Nick took Jessica for granted, he married her out of convenience basically because he didn't leave his bachelor lifestyle behind when he married Jessica otherwise he wouldn't had been romping in bed with two porn stars, going to Playboy parties, hitting the strip clubs when she told him not to and inviting minors in his hotel room for God knows what! That was an actual episode on Newlyweds when he went to a strip club when his THEN wife pleaded with him not to. First of all the marriage should NOT have ended over any affairs or visits to strip clubs. Those things need to be worked out in counselling, which is obvious they desparately needed. Jessica also needed to realize she was spending too much time away from her husband, which always leads to tensions. Joe Simpson was also no help in the matter by being overly protective of his daughter. If he had possibly allowed Jess and Nick to live together before they got married they could have resolved some of these issues before marriage. Overall, I don't think its anyone's specific fault just a series of unfortunate occurances.

 

A guy I know told me his cousin (a man in his mid 20s) met Nick in a bar in Cabo and that he and Nick went back to Nick's room and they fcked until Nick farted himself to sleep.

 

I think to put up with a gal who doesn't even know how to do her own laundry was amazing.
He seemed like a real person who was committed to the marriage through good and bad times, and she seems like a spoiled 12 year, who is an idiot.

They shouldn't have gotten married in the first place! Jessica couldn't pick up after herself, hell she has her mother handling her checkbook! Nick should have married someone else. Jessica did the right thing by ending this marriage so she can get to know herself and grow as an individual , as well as learning to do things for herself and be more independent like her little sister.

 

Jessica was always totally unappreciative of everything Nick did for her, unless it was buying her jewelry or having a closet built for her gazillions of clothes she only wants to wear once.
There's also the time he built the recording studio in their home and couldn't wait for Jessica to come home and see it cause "Jessica's gonna love this!" and what did he get when she finally did come home..."I don't wanna see it" in that whiny voice just cause that couch she didn't like was in it.......
Or even all that work Nick and Drew did putting that grass sod down while she was gone. And that time he put the arcade games in that room upstairs and bought that one especially so she could play it with him. After much convincing, she finally played it and couldn't even pretend she was enjoying it.
She was always whining when she didn't get her way and could never even ACT happy or glad for anything Nick did unless it was specifically done for her.
A simple "Oh that's great honey!" goes a long way. She even got the dog she wanted after whining and pouting enough.
It takes the patience of a saint to put up with that crap. I don't see how anybody could ever doubt his love and commitment to her. Hers, on the other hand, was always questionable.

 

OK I think we should stop commenting on their love life as it's obvious we don't even know them personally PLUS what's seen on reality TV is fake. Isn't that obvious..or are you all just naive.

But whatever it is, Jessica's more popular, talented and successful than Nick. That's why she should dump his sorry ass, since they are both cheaters and are equal anyway
