I'm gonna go with xt's comment!!! I'm a makeup artist for film & tv, and the hairstylists I work with that said you have to have at least 10 in. of hair AFTER it's cut off. Plus who'd want a wig made out of his greasy, skanky hair??? MAJOR bullshi*t!!!! He's such a skank!!!!
