when i looked up quickly at the photo, i thought it said "nothing (die) about it."

with her smiling face above it, it was kind of creepy. cause with nicole, it's more like "die" than "diet".

This isn't ironic at all. Having a huge fat person be the spokesperson would be ironic.

I think Nicole Ritchie makes a perfectly appropriate spokesperson.

I guess it just strikes everyone a little odd, that they would chose a spokesperson who most people suspect has a SERIOUS eating disorder to plug any form of food, or beverage.

 

Nicole Richie= diet= skinny. Yeah, I see the connection. But diet soda ads used to show healthy, active people playing football, swimming, skating and stuff. They tried to sell the health conscience, active person image.

I guess they decided to go for the "binge & purge" look, probably sells better...
