dressy tops and jeans are fine, but thats a little too dressy and would look much better worn with something dressy on bottom. with the jeans it still looks like she stepped outside the salon for a cigarette while waiting for her appointment.
I thought a caplet was only suppose to come down past your shoulders. I don't know what this is suppose to be, but I agree with 7:46 that it looks like she just finished with her cut, and blow dry.
I think Nicole would be so cute if she'd just gain a few pounds. She has an adorable face. And the fact that she loathes Paris Hilton pulls her up a few notches in book too...
Oh yeah...her clothes aren't the greatest either but I think she's trying to cover up her boney body.
