Being a mum is a full time job and getting pregnant for 4th time could put a lot more risks to her body which could do some damage to her unborn baby. I dont get why everyone hates posh so much. Sure she's far too skinny, but she is pretty. And she does so much for charity. You can't say she's a bitch, because if she was she wouldnt give a toss, but she does. They do loads for charities, especially childrens charities.
